I had to have a moral waiver for when I commissioned for 2 class A and 2 class B misdemeanors. It wasn't an issue at all.

A specific example C17 CDD augmented is 24+45 starting one hour after alert or crew show. FDP is 24+00 from the same point. Basically allows for you to shut down engines at 24 hours and still do paperwork and off load.

I agree with this. If I remember correctly she can't even get in the building and you will be up at around four or five AM. Plus you should be studying every day. We had guys that had time in the Diamond and they were either studying or helping others. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I remember back in 05 my unit at Dyess all got rounded up. They had mid shift stay late for a CC call and did a recall for swings. Had all 250 or so of us tested. They busted about 9 or 10 people. Same thing no calls no leaving til you piss. They even had about 20 NCOs from EMS to monitor testing. Pretty good justification IMO.

I found a document a while back the estimates the average PCS costs in the neighborhood of 30K. Beyond the money add in the usefulness of an aircrew member in that final year. Chuck I think you are spot-on with the patch movement. This is just another problem with the Air Force. Let's send them TDY to become "tacticians" in their airframes and fly their asses off for six months but when they get back we put them in positions where they don't fly much and are stuck being paper pushers, briefing writers, wing DSs and the such. To me it's retarded. Just my two worthless sense. Then again I thing it's ridiculous first assignment guys are PCSing just after their AC upgrade on the C17 side because we need to "show career progression". What a waste of money IMO.

I will say the electronics protection plan has been a pretty good deal. Got it with my iPad which I dropped and broke. Within 2 weeks I had a check for full value even though the newer iPad had just came out so I got a free upgrade in a round about way. Never had such an easy dealing with a protection plan anywhere else.
