Wing King here today told us that he approved the 20 VSP's on the C-17 side and the 6 on the KC-135 side, however he said he added a statement in the application stating how many pilots he could afford to lose before it started to impact FTU production, and then how many pilots per year he couldn't produce above that number if they approved more VSP's. But he was very fair, up front, and very respectable as a leader. Which seems to be rare these days.

Students are required to fill out a 29B regardless of rank/age. Permanent party instructors in AETC, that are under 26, have too as well. It's an accountability thing more than anything. Some AETC based don't have a local area defined.9

Fire all the 13N leadership, replace with rated leadership to change the culture, reverse brainwash young CGO's and FGO's. Any O-6+ 13N is too far along in their mindset to be saved and should be taken out of command. It's almost like a Rage virus, you'll have to see who's infected and who's not. This is going to be as painful, if not worse, than the Shaw scandal that spawned all the Witch hints for "questionable" material.

Manning issues

People are playing with fire if they believe someone won't try to burn them for what they post on social media. People that friend their leadership (Sq/CC, Group/CC, Wing/CC) on social media are insane.

Why are EWO tests not standardized between the bases? How come tanker/bomber aircraft that take EWO tests don't have to cheat to pass them?
