Mandates for everyone outside of a hospital is what I'm concerned about. Did you happen to fly into LAX during the lockdowns? Blanket mandates applied to everyone. After many cities in OC refused to play ball with the state, Gavin Newsom closed the state beaches (during the summer) around those cities and tried forcing all of the beach cities to shutdown their beaches as well. Covid was not being spread at the beaches. It was a power play to fck with OC for not blindly following the Governor. We're historically more conservative in OC. He had the CHP flying helicopters over the beach telling people to go home. I was surfing and gave a big middle finger to the CHP little bird. They are going to keep applying covid mandates for the rest of our lives. When covid is no longer a threat, they are going to say that the new threat is the flu, pneumonia, Trump's farts or whatever works to scare the people into following.

Got to get her back so she can make a few layups with nobody watching. Let's ban Twitter too!!! After that we can return to turning our children into theys and thems and giving abortions for convenience. Guns murder people but abortions don't? Lol.

I also can't whip out my dong and start banging a chicken in the waiting room. Or pull out my axe and start chopping up the staff. Are we truly free? Lol. Dude, inhaling smoke is "scientifically" proven unhealthy and therefore I comply. Walking to my table at the Sizzler wearing a mask and then taking it off to eat has not been proven to do anything except keep me from smelling a fart. If they did a good job proving to the public that all of these safety precautions (mask, social distancing, not leaving your house and etc...) worked, then most would get on board. Kinda like speed limits, seat belts and smoking in waiting rooms.

Dude. I don't give a fxck if you wear a mask. I agree that masks in hospitals makes sense and if you're sick wear a mask. Cool, I get it. What I don't like is how a county very close to where I live (within a 1/4 mile) is considering the indoor mask mandate for everyone....again. I live in OC and in HB you didn't have to wear a mask at most places during the pandemic. Guess what? Nothing significant happened. Just down the street they would kick me out of a 7/11 for not wearing a mask. They attack you verbally and treat you like you just shit on their sidewalk. I'm tired of stupidity and feelings being used to justify "science". It's the virtue signaling armband. It makes sense to wear it if you're sick and in hospitals but come on man, do I really need to wear it to eat at the Sizzler?
-
At this point the mask seems more like the equivalent of a Nazi armband than a safety precaution. If you don't wear one, they know you're not on their team. Mask up LA!!! Lol

That thing looks like it'd be fun to fly. I've never flown a tilt rotor. I've always enjoyed watching them transition (sts) from a hover to forward flight. How does that feel in the cockpit?

The only way you fix trust is more government intervention. Lol Break, Break The new cool thing to do is bash Twitter, quit said media platform and then rejoin it when you figure out that no one cares that you quit. I guess we'll have to censor it. Good job. I'm glad our government is on top of more censorship. Meanwhile, I just watched another homeless man shit where we're supposed to walk. Good job Mr. President! Support free speech! Unless I don't agree, then it's too dangerous.

A plethora (lol) of things. Throughout US soccer's history we've had other sports that absorb talent that could make the US dominate soccer. Imagine some the NFL, NBA, MLB and etc players playing soccer their whole lives instead of football, basketball and such. Over the past 20 years some of these guys have started to play soccer. The past US teams had the drive to win but not the skill. Only now do we have actual talent to compete with the big boys. In other countries, the youth soccer programs are free. The kids play soccer in the streets like we do basketball and football. In the US most of the soccer associations are in well off areas. We don't really have a soccer players playing in the lower income areas. Competitive soccer is historically expensive to play in the US. In 2026, our dudes will be 4 years older. The majority of our starters play for competitive teams in Eruope. We will have the experience to go with the drive and talent. We are going to start winning World Cups in the near future. Also, the 2026 World Cup is in the US. Add a new manager, a good CB and a striker that can finish consistently and we will have a good team in 2026. These are some of the things holding us back, not everything.

Good job boys! 2026 will be better!!!

After reading that, I'd say he probably knew how to do a turning rejoin.

They are trying really hard to turn this into a one party country. They (most dems) are truly a mindless cult. There are mindless cult Republicans as well but they don't have the same voice as the Dems. I don't like either party. They're all full of shit. I used to just vote for who's beliefs were the "most" in line with mine. But as the days pass, I find my ✔️ marks going to the Republicans more and more. The Democratic party is not longer alive. It should change its name. I really hope we can remove corruption from the US government but we all know how history books reflect the opposite. Too many idiots to change this country. Look at CA. We voted for the status quo. We complain about how it sucks here and vote for the same fxcking idiots who led us here. LA county put your masks back on!!!!
-
The real reason they want to bring masks back is it will help cover the stinch of human waste on the streets. I'm so glad I'm from OC. LA is a shit show. Edit: LA is full of idiots. I've seen LA go from a cool place to visit to a literal shit hole. There is literally human shit everywhere you go. Everywhere. All of the tourists traps smell like shit because homeless people have made CA their toilet. If they do implement the mask mandate, expect a lot of people to not play along. LA will continue to decline. The only thing keeping it alive is the weather and good Mexican food. Politicians have ruined my state. I wish all of the famous liberals (Hollywood, Pro athletes and etc..) would go back to their home states and share the fxckary with the rest of the country.

What will those nerds (Southwest Asia) do when the oil runs dry?

I hear its six inches but I'm not sure. Lol In addition to what Hoss said: Most active assignments were 3 years when I was in Helicopters but I'm pretty sure that's the standard assignment everywhere until you either get selected to lead or put out to pasture. 2 years for leaders. Dudes put out to pasture ride out that last assignment until they punch. I assume you fly with pilots. I bet they'd tell you something similar. My wife went to law school during one of my assignments. It's all luck and timing though. My last assignment I was a geographically separated bachelor. Active Duty Officers rarely homestead.

This the funniest thing I've read in a while!!!! Pure American Aircrew shenanigans at it's finest!!! EQ!

It's funny watching them get bent out of shape over this. Abortion, guns, trans and Twitter. That's essentially what they care about. Meanwhile, our infrastructure is decaying, there are more homeless people in CA than there are citizens living WY, and I'm a bad guy because I'm Irish/American or otherwise white (everyone else is proud of their pre American heritage so why can't I be?). Clowns.

20 years and 4 days active. Like everyone else, I don't miss big blue. I miss the flying and my bros but not all of the other bs. The mentality of leadership really changed in a bad way from my first day to the last. My good memories are what I like the most. I remember getting talked to by leadership for drawing a donger in the dust on one of the TVs in the alert facility. (It wasn't even me lol) This was what the "inspection" team found during the great morale cleansing of 2011. Also, the non vol 365 for my 19th year. Luckily, somebody volunteered for it. They were trying to fxck me but one of my bros actually wanted to go and volunteered for it. The funny thing is he was asking for a deployment the whole time. Not getting promoted when someone with a dui did also pissed me off a little. I never got into any trouble but I spoke my mind when things were dumb. I was the CCV chief the first time I was passed over. I took flying seriously and didnt do the queep. Oh yeah, they finally promoted me 3 months after retirement. That was awesome as well. Good times.
