  1. An OG/CC rubbed his dick against another mans wife ass, at a work related event. That’s not “odd”, it’s 100% wrong. As a member of Wing leadership, this man SHOULD have common sense enough to recognize appropriate social boundaries...Let’s not make this into a “one mistake Air Force” argument, he retired as an O-6 without facing any UCMJ charges.
  2. In today’s climate, I don’t know why anyone would aspire to command.
  3. Today I learned Todd Packer was an OG/CC. 😂😂😂
  4. Of course it's a massive IF this incident actually happened. If it were an open and shut case, there would be no need to dig up shit from a decade prior...color me skeptical. I have zero faith in our "judicial" process in the military. Guilty until proven innocent, and even then... Don't trust the process, if you ever find yourself in this situation, don't say a word and hire the best civilian lawyer money can buy.
  5. Or maybe just don't touch the asses of your subordinates' spouses. With your dick. At a work event. I mean, I understand it's tough. But such are the burdens of leadership.
  6. Yes! 3 months of reserve when we were overmanned a bit, any home layover >16hrs I coukd Scrounge (maybe 6-9 for the year), and general apathy. work less, not smarter nor harder
  7. Tough to beat Brick's briefing, but two that standout to me: 1. RAF test pilot. "If we have to eject, I'll call EJECT! EJECT! EJECT! and you should pull the handle. If you haven't gone by the third time I've said it, the words EJECT! are written on the bottom of my boots, and you'll be able to read them as my seat leaves the aircraft". And an altogether different tact: 2. USAF test pilot. "If we have to eject today, you are going to die. You'll break your elbows on the canopy sill and will drown in the sea because you won't be able to swim or get in your raft. I will try and swim over to you, but because you'll leave the jet first and are heavier than me, you will enter the sea before I will. Questions?".
  8. Forced to retired a O-6, what a hardship.
  9. Guard guy here, just got dates for April UPT at Columbus. So, there's still hope. But, a lot of folks are being pushed out like that.
  10. Sadly, nothing surprises me anymore... 😕
  11. It was in a briefing by my senior rater, but Bigred's source is even better. Also, static closeouts for OPRs. A lot of changes going on.
  12. My apologies for passing along bad gouge. My math in public skills are obviously terrible and I appreciate the corrections. A few comments regarding this. All of the SIO's/DO's/Det CC's are boarded positions (you get 5 opportunities), so all of these folks already go through a selection process where they are racked/stacked against their peers two times. The first time is to get on the candidate list, then the second time to get selected for a position. The intel community already limits who it considers for promotion once you are an O-4 select (yes, there are some other avenues to get promoted and some folks not selected for leadership positions get promoted...But, the majority of 14N O-5's have either held a boarded leadership position or done in-res IDE). At least for the LAF-I board, I am skeptical that this will do anything for the APZ guys, mainly because 14N leadership already has its tiers set up well before folks hit their first look at O-5. Maybe I am wrong and the process will work like it is being pitched. There are folks I know who deserve to be promoted and I hope this process helps them out. Source: me. I was a boarded DO that has been passed over a few times
  13. That’s not how math works.... Discounting APZ people.... if you don’t get a DP, you have between a 70 and 80% chance at promotion, depending on your LAF category
  14. Hooking up with the LPA? I mean she looks kinda hott in a MILF sorta way. Sent from my iPhone using Baseops Network mobile app
