October 12Oct 12 Doing very well is subjective. How many national championships did Ole Miss win under him? Surely a head coach of his caliber has some, right?

Does that mean we only have one successful military career every four year when we pick a CJCS - everyone else failed? GTFO. Only one team can win each year and IMHO the grading scale should including building a contender. At Ole Miss he took a program that was 4-8 and built into a team that went 55-19 under his leadership. He Guided the Rebels to four 10-win seasons, six consecutive bowl berths and the year he left they went to the semi-finals in the CFP. I truly don't understand your logic.I don't like the dude but will admit he is a good coach and knows how to build a team...his personal proclivity to self-destruct not withstanding.
Friday at 08:51 PM3 days I hear that next year they are going to a 24 team playoff. I miss the BCS era where the entire season was the playoff. Conference championships were something to be proud of. Now it only matters if you win it all.
Yesterday at 03:06 AM1 day Is it becoming an annual tradition that Miami gets gifted a win on hailmarys by the ACC? Heck this time they got two in a row in the same game.

Looks like UM pulled it, but they didn’t determine who had possession.Odd that two Hail Mary TDs were overturned.

Pulling a defender down or tackling them to the ground is a direct violation. #65 AND #77 had his shoulder pad, lift up and used it to take him to the ground. The Catch - a player going to the ground while catching a pass must maintain complete and continuous control of the ball throughout the entire process of contacting the ground. Did you even listen the ACC review center discussion? Robinson having simultaneous possession in the air is NOT a catch, he must abide by the rule which he did not as they discussed. Miami player had his hands on it AND against his body for possession.Your real issue should be why your dipshit coach didn't kick two field goals...I hope they give him an extension!

1 hour ago1 hr I've listened to eight unbiased CFB podcasts and every single one of them said that was not a hold on the first Hail Mary - On3, Josh Pate, etc.... The vast majority said they couldn't really tell WRT the INT. There needs to be a way where the refs signal they don't know and just go straight to the video because guessing at a ruling from the field places an undue burden overturning a potentially bad call. There shouldn't have been an INT. There should've been a 2 point conversion attempt post the first TD.

I almost feel bad for FSU as the game overall is better when they are good. But through all the bad years not one bit of empathy from FSU. Finally, I find it to be a karmic kick in the nuts that Robinson lost the ball after he spent so much time flashing the upside down U at the crowd. Suck it chump!
