Since knowing your audience is so important when communicating, can you help answer that question WRT the ADP comments section? Who has eyes on, other than the sq/cc? Just seems like listing quals could be viewed as arrogant if read by a 20 yr senior leader.

Any suggestions for the comments section? I've heard advice from an AFSOC O-6 that said to keep it "short, humble, and needs of the AF based". Does that check in other commands?
