Very common in the Herk world. Our H2's were not compliant w/o 100 mph tape, chemlights, and Glendale green until right before they took them from us. Almost all of my NVG hrs were done this way. Didn't realize I was old school.
My personnel folks did it for me. I think they used my total retirement points to date and then did some magic math to come to a year total. I am going to have them do it again since they came up with 1 yr more than I thought I had.
I have a 10/22 that I haven't shot yet. Dying to do so, got to make the time. Especially after reading the posts above. Bought it after watching an episode of Top Shot.
Got the brief today from the 559 and 560. PA is still an option, but not used very often. And when it is, it may only cut-off 1 or 2 weeks at the most.
Only greener in certain aspects. We are struggling thru a mission change now that takes our airplanes away which blows, but the PME situation is definitely better.
