One of the guys in my element had one of those in the field at SERE. It was pretty swanky. Got a fix fast, kept a charge all week, and it was pretty tough.

I haven't been following the market as close as a lot of people. It stuck out as a less crappy deal that what's been the norm. I have almost that same PSA upper but with a 1:8 twist barrel on a Delaware Machine and Tool lower. It was a budget build at the time, but it's never let me down.
