  2. Family emergencies, yes. I've never seen/heard anyone with that owned a full-time small business in UPT so that would be handled on a case by case basis and not guaranteed. Leave isn't really granted unless you finish phase II (T-6) or phase III (T-38/T-1) early. Granted if it's a possible legal entanglement with your business that could be cause to be put on admin hold. I would hire a general manager.
  3. Not to mention making 11Us permanently 18Xs takes away the option to jump ship to airlines at 10 years. Sure it opens up RPA jobs but all the 18Xs with 6 year commits will be snagging those.

  11. You may not track a 38 if you go AD. You definitely won't track a 38 if you go guard. (Unless you are the small percentage of heavy guard guys who have orders to 38s because the guard bureau ran out of T-1 slots.)
