CBM isn’t doing SGTOs because this is going to scale with no way to fail and TexanWorld at CBM is sounding the alarm. Feedback from CBM is the students are being short changed.

Ehh, he was the one who acquiesced to Kwast to fuck up AETC and 19 AF. Shredder Sears (A2/3/10) refused to delegate his A3 authority because Kwast wanted him to focus on “force development and competencies” BS. So Shredder was sidelined and sent to the new A5/8 and Punk signed all the authority delegation memos as an O-6 deputy. Sears got his second star because Kwast was fired.
