While I was there 100% of PQ graduates went to UPT. My senior year, the AF said “no more UPT spots than given to ROTC. Because fairness.” So there were people in my class who were qualified but didn’t get to go. It only got worse from there. And yes, all NQ cadets graduated having completed Nav school while a cadet a long time ago.

If you really want to talk to someone on the HFGCS, you need to use ALE. Unless your HF set doesn’t have ALE. Then you’re proper ed.

I have no reason to be an optimist...but I’m guessing that is the “standard” rate and the AF messaging got screwed up yet again and they didn’t release targeted values yet. If they’re only going the 2.5x route they’re in for a world of hurt.

Because it is Public Law (ADS-B Out). Because the FAA continues to hold fast on “no military exemptions.” Because of denial to operate in US Class A, B, and C airspace. The list goes on. Military aircraft that were not properly equipped for airspace they were filed/flying through have already been diverted/rerouted. It will only get worse.

Not likely unless it has Mode 5 Level 2B. In a nutshell Mode 5 is the replacement for Mode 4 since NSA depreciated it and no longer will provide codes for it soon. But it is possible someone actually ordered something with M5L2-B.

CSAF / SecAF say reduce/resize regs... Informal poll: Should 11-217 stay or go? Should it just be 11-202 and the AIM (Navy style)? Any and all thoughts appreciated.

But TV shows tell me that they can get any fingerprint data from the DoD so that can’t be true!
