Light twins are certainly different...but it's not rocket surgery. You won't be completely comfortable after 1-2 flights nor will you feel like you have mastered the airframe, but that is NOT required for the check.

Crazy Carl is disorganized, frustrating, and even insulting at times. But the results are worth putting up with his shenanigans. I'd look elsewhere if he has raised his prices, but for the 3-3.5k I felt I got adequate flight time to crush the check ride. And the dpe was a touchdown to boot.

Most majors will accept your flying time summary from arms. That being said, several folks I know built a granular logbook from those individual sortie lines at the harm office. It is/was a pain in the ass, but let's you break out the pic type data better. Btw-that paper copy at the harm office is the only place data older than 12 months exists. If that joint burns down or someone gets shredder happy it's gone forever. Make copies early and often!
