Our knuckle heads are generally here almost 2 years before the b-course. You have a much better chance of sparing forward into a b-course from Tyndall than from Langley (no pcs required) 3. Yes.

Other articles have said that the faa's stance is they have jurisdiction for all U.S. airspace, from the top of your grass to the moon. There are already federal laws on the books against shooting at aircraft, and for now they consider drones aircraft. None of this has made it through an actual court trial yet though.

I don't know if <30 seconds counts as delayed compliance. Especially if he didn't hear/register the 2 miles part. Especially while heads down in a single seat fighter. You don't usually get point outs as late as 2 miles for co-altitude, opposite direction traffic.

Upt grads are just grist for the mill. Afpc doesn't care if you're good or bad, as long as the bodies keep flowing into near rocks holes. If you're dangerous, the Upt sq/cc may be able to do something, but the flesh peddlers don't care. Remember, blab, the flesh peddlers don't care.
