October 26Oct 26 Stanford Miami 7-7 at half? Those uniforms remind me of Kevin Winslow circa 2004 saying “I’m a soldiers!”
October 26Oct 26 Author Is it time for the media to apologize to us all who knew CU was still going to be trash no matter how many times they preached how Deion Sanders was going to march them straight to the promised land?

I get his dedication the run game and it paid off versus Stanford with 42 unanswered points but against better teams it keeps the game to close early and lets momentum and chance dictate the outcome. I think Pitt is a trap game for us. Break Break - Brian Kelly out at LSU. He will get $800K a month as part of his $57M payout. And of course Kiffin is in the driver's seat.
October 31Oct 31 I'll just plant this lil gem right here because his crimes occured in the NCAA. NFL is on a roll picking the wrong people to highlight. Tardo cheater. Of the entire NFL, they picked that chump? ‐-------- Wednesday, the Chargers recognized Harbaugh for his off-field contributions, naming him their nominee for the 2025 Salute to Service Award The annual honor, with one nomination from each team, “recognizes NFL players, coaches, staff, and alumni who make exceptional efforts to honor and support military and veteran communities.”
November 1Nov 1 I thought NIL and the portal is what has killed college football, but in reality it's the officials! 🤬🤬🤬

November 2Nov 2 Anyone care to comment on the stupidity of coaching contracts? IMO, no taxpayer funds should be used. That's what TV deals, tickets, sports betting kickbacks, etc are for.

That's what TV deals, tickets, sports betting kickbacks, etc are for. I would say "it depends." Like it or not College Football generates a LOT of money. Some of those funds are then used to subsidize other sports. If using tax payer dollars then I would prefer to see an analysis of the funds generated hiring a high power coach. Using Coach Prime as an example...horrible coach, but the reputation and "hope" resulted in several seasons of sold out games, increased TV coverage, merch sales that greatly increase AD revenue of the U of C. Interestingly the big buy outs are now being paid by the boosters, in several cases buy a single booster. Break Break - add another one to the list, Hugh Freeze finally got canned by Auburn yesterday. A $15.8M buyout to walk away. This situation does lead to some irony like Will Muschamp trolling the Gamecocks by posting a picture form the stands celebrating as his son helps Vanderbilt beat the team that paid him $13M to leave.
November 3Nov 3 Troy Calhoun, head football coach at the U.S. Air Force Academy, is the highest-paid person directly employed by the U.S. Air Force with a reported salary for 2025 of $1.55 million. (Calhoun's salary is paid through the Air Force Academy Athletic Corp., a private non-profit that manages the Academy’s athletics program. This structure allows for compensation levels that are significantly higher than typical military pay grades.)

1 hour ago1 hr Who would've thought Virginia would be playing Duke for the ACC title?Sounds like people in Oxford are pretty upset with Kiffin. I get it, but he's also going to be able to attract far better talent at LSU. It's also going to be pretty hard to watch FSU with them backing Norvell for another year despite his terrible performance.
