airspace is a bigger problem here than basing

FAA and Congress will never see it rationally like us plebes do. Their craniums are so far up their asses (and each other’s asses) it’s not even worth 5 min of some staff guy’s time. Reality sucks some times.

This. So, so, so much, this. The ART program was heavily pushed to me when I was transitioning from AD.

Good thing I can do math and saw what a scam it was / is.
