I don’t have a hard opinion for why, but just instincts say it will end out working better.
25 minutes ago25 min I wouldn’t shy away from experimental - the only reason I care anymore about certified is if it’s making money (then you have to be certified). Otherwise, it can be a much better deal - just do your homework and make sure it had a reputable, experienced builder.
