Breckey
I was reading about some of the Thud pilots in Vietnam having specialized "party suits" and wondered where they all went? I saw this post but I have not really seen any pilot wear one. Has the PC-Shoe influence caused the party suits to fall by the wayside? Seems like it would be a good way to show that bit of rebellion in the AOR while still maintaining that "professional" appearance. And he was an EC-121 pilot after being a C-47/C-54 pilot. I'm not sure what happened to them

theat6bisasham
My bro flies vipers....when they go to Korea they wear their party suits when they do their elbow-point on fridays or whatever day they have over there. I know they put their polyester party suits in their closets when they get back to the states because they look ridiculous. His collar was '70's to the extreme!!!!
