July 9, 200916 yr I was reading about some of the Thud pilots in Vietnam having specialized "party suits" and wondered where they all went? I saw this post but I have not really seen any pilot wear one. Has the PC-Shoe influence caused the party suits to fall by the wayside? Seems like it would be a good way to show that bit of rebellion in the AOR while still maintaining that "professional" appearance. Edited July 9, 200916 yr by breckey

And he was an EC-121 pilot after being a C-47/C-54 pilot. I'm not sure what happened to them
July 9, 200916 yr seems like the Blue angles and Thunderbirds alike wear flight suits similar to the previous thread pics. GIGGITY X 2 https://www.blueangels.navy.mil/index.htm https://thunderbirds.airforce.com/team/9.html
July 9, 200916 yr any recent pics? Seen some on facebook and they are pretty good party suits...but I'm not gonna post someone's personal pics on here.
July 9, 200916 yr My bro flies vipers....when they go to Korea they wear their party suits when they do their elbow-point on fridays or whatever day they have over there. I know they put their polyester party suits in their closets when they get back to the states because they look ridiculous. His collar was '70's to the extreme!!!!
March 7, 201411 yr HOLY THREAD REVIVAL! For those of us not currently on the ROK, anyone know of a an online avenue to purchase party suits? Cap-10
