It is the same w/ volleyball players wearing the tight shorts and beach volleyball players in the bikinis. That said, if you want the picture removed, contact the university. I bet they have their outfits, logos, etc all trademarked. Also, they would have the lawyers, resources that would pursue it. I am sure they don't want their name/image associated w/ the website.
