There talking points are hilarious. Prices of oil reflect global demand on a global market that essentially everyone can play in relatively easily. So if China and Russia lose oil flows from Iran, it will absolutely end up increasing the cost of US oil based on their ability to pay for the same oil that we want. Supply and demand baby.
