Epstein is not dead, the body is a fake. The ears are not even the same. The real Epstein is somewhere safe now, leaking his info like a holy bucket.

AF is considering letting you choose if the score counts. If you failed, and you’re not overdue, it’s ‘practice.’
That ‘stress’ is about that keeps me passing the thing.
there isn’t a huge difference between running 12 minutes and 14. One is a decent enough score to pass, the other is obviously a fail.

My understanding (which could be wrong) is that captains were offered 20 year continuation. Majors are offered up to 24 years. The number is the MOST you can serve.
The member can get out any time before that. It’s not a commitment.

Is this the same list as AFRC O5 board?

Not entirely correct. 10 records total...5 above and 5 below...needs to beat out all 5 below the cut or any 1 record above the cut. Much higher chance of promotion from a special selection board than above the zone!
Thanks for the clarification. I knew I was “close”
-
an Added MSM May do it...
But, they are hard to get promoted in. They take 10 records below cut line and 10 above.
your record has to beat something like all 10 below the cut and a few above the cut.

I just did a PRF last year for my IMA, he was somewhat familiar with them. Why are they so uncommon in whatever world you are In?
also, where/when do we find out results of the 0-5 reserve board?

Makes sense...I've never even seen a PRF.

i think i speak for most when I say that!

DG ROTC? What in the foooook? Really?
Sent from my iPhone using Baseops Network mobile appIt’s super important; the earlier in your life, the better; it trumps Lt Strats

I’ve got some 1BPZ PRFs that made it. Here is what an HPO looks like
DG ROTC, DG SOS (#7/800); WIC Paper (#1/130); Gp FGOY (#1/101)
#9/160 CGOs (Gp/CC)
#5/250 Capts (Wg/CC)
#1/160 Capts (Deployed/CC)
#5/180 Majs (Wg/CC)
#1/150 Majs (Wg/CC)
#1/220 Majs (Wg/CC
#1/60 BPZ eligibles; best I have; Sq/CC after CAF fellowship; SDE; JCS. dP

Spoiler alert...it will sound the same as someone who makes it IPZ except the bottom line will have a #1 strat from either a WG/CC or above.
Pathways to achieve this feat are 1. be a wing exec 2. be an aide/exec for a flag officer (preferably as a captain) 3. work a staff gig for a flag officer (again preferably as a captain).
Better yet, make sure you check the box on just one flying assignment to ensure you have enough time to do one of the above and then PCS to a fellowship program to ensure your O-5 PRF is written as a CGO. This way the board can see how fantastic of a CGO you are without muddying the waters with FGO performance.
Yup
your record as a Lt and capt seem to matter a whole lot more than they should....

Maverick went on a 12 year Scientology mission.
The ending of the movie has already been filmed. After a tedious 30 minute dog fight between maverick and 3 enemy planes, a couple of reapers come in with air to air missiles and wipe out the enemy fleet in seconds. Pan to a bunch of airmen drinking Mountain Dew in a storage container.

Kids are better at video games anyhow. It makes sense

It’s been shown that a pilots job can be done by an Enlisted guy in a GCS.
Technology is a bitch
-
Duty titles could have mattered a bit too in this case
Ever a flt cc? Ado?
Absolutely great that you were stratted high the past 3 oprs, that should be all that matters

-
Yeah, thanks. Not many active duty guys are aware of this AGR option.....
how do we we learn more? I did not know that the option existed.
-
If someone has 15 years in, is it ever worth it to go AGR and delay your retirement by 16+ years?
I understand not wanting to deploy and being sick of that aspect, but The benefit isn’t clear to me

Yeah, I’m 1/1 IPZ next year for mine. The struggle is real
-
I don’t agree with the super Ps because they aren’t equal
a super P from someone with only 2 ipz eligibles isn’t the same as a super P from someone with 100 eligibles.
also, devils advocate, but pawnman was 2/2 IPZ eligibles with a 75% promotion rate. The 2/8 eligibles included 6 APZ guys, which doesn’t equate to 75% of the eligibles.

If maverick were in the AF he’d still be an O-4

Pawnman
how many of the 8 I/apz were Lt Col selects?

BPZs compete in a different pool...ipz/apz compete together.
Correct

Sorry, pawnman. Killer bottom line though. That’s as good as it gets sans the DP check.
Definitely was your lack of Strats in the capt/major area and it looks like the FGO and Maj Strats were a bit too late and probably the same year.
Still, I think the AF did you dirty

PRFs I don’t think 06 year group owes anything..... the new PRFs are 2 lines of SR verbiage. If I have to write anything, it’s going to be PROMOTE TO GENERAL NOW
