With us pulling out of AFG what's the deal with 365s? Shouldn't they be going away or at least drastically decreasing?

In my experience the more times you call, you talk to different people who may or may not know just one more piece of the puzzle. Obviously not even the Commander knows everything but you can start to get an idea.

Regardless, if he didn't make the list it makes him one of the first ones to be passed over (according to him). He announced to our class that only one guy didn't make it to O-7 and it was because he retired... This would totally make my day if confirmed.

Oh no such luck. He makes it very clear in lecture 1 that he is a future General Officer and everyone else who has been the SOS commando got stars (plural). His humility is admirable.

That's great advice above. Also realize that 90% of the time what the Air Force does, doesn't make any sense at all.

I was extremely embarrassed when we did our trade with the Maneuver Captains Career Course and got an Army Infantry Captain. SOS in its infinite wisdom had us making towers out of spaghetti noodles and marshmallows. "Is this what you guys do all the time here?" "Nah dude, last week we played with puzzles and watched a Hollywood movie."

I read: "We just wanted to push the button to see what would happen. We didn't actually have a plan or anything."

How did you all get notified of this? I haven't seen anything at my base.

Being an undereducated simple minded guy from the south I can never quite put into words all the things that frustrate me with the Air Force, but he seems to always get it right. Bravo!

I had heard that AFPC isn't allowing UPT SQ/CCs to give fighters back, even when the people getting fighters are likely to kill themselves or others. How the pendulum has swung from 4-5 years ago!

Or maybe since he was such an ego maniac and "loved" by everyone he couldn't make a big deal about it because then the rest of the world would see how much he truly was hated. I don't know, but just a thought. Who knows what goes on in these psychopaths minds?
