How can anyone have any faith in the system after the last decade + of gross mismanagement. My projection...tons of money spent, not many aircraft, and a less lethal AF. It's already here in a lot of ways.
Newish Broncos were test flown in Maryland amd even fought against ISIS target in 2017 timeframe. Not sure where they went afterwards

Just buy new vipers and hornets. Upgrade hogs and strikes. Work on a new F22 "replacement"...easy cheesy

What we need to do is retire every platform except the F-35.
I've done a part-time technician before. Worked well, but I bet that it will be very unit dependent.
So let's say I hit 20 years as a LtCol. This is my 20 years for an active retirement. I then become a DSG and promote to an O6. I get 3 Years TIG and then retire. What is my retirement based on? O5 or O6?
Where are you commuting to and from? Just curious.
