Yeah, can't touch this nail biter! 🤣🤣🤣

The Hurricanes will travel to New York to Yankee Stadium to play Rutgers (6-6, 3-6 Big Ten) in the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl

Beats sitting on the couch at home because you don't qualify for a Bowl Game.

  2. Scuttlebutt only at this point but I've heard ACC, AMC and GSC all go away and a new MAJCOM called "Combat Forces will be formed encompassing everything from Fighters, Bombers, Tankers, and Air Mobility in one giant dysfunctional command.  Sounds like a giant flashback to the Composite Wings under good ole Merrill.

Yeah, the Seminoles are "boycotting" the Orange Bowl because they know Georgia will prove why they don't deserve to be in the national championship playoffs.

brother look what they did with covid? trust the experts? man everything the government put out was a lie. they're still pushing the vax even after it's been proven not to work.

i don't know how you have such blind faith in the words our government says.

I don't put blind faith int he government.  I've compared against a lot of other sources and tend to believe these numbers are very close.

and you believe that leak? leaked on the day zelensky was in DC asking for more money?

after watching our government lie during COVID i don't take anything they leak out at face value.

"a source familiar with a declassified US intelligence assessment provided to Congress told CNN"

Sorry dude, I turned in my tin foil hat a long time ago.

  6. Sobering report that details a lot of the damage done to the Russian military in the last two years.  Here is where you money has gone.

Russia has lost 87% of troops it had prior to start of Ukraine war, according to US intelligence assessment

"Of the 360,000 troops that made up Russia’s pre-invasion ground force, including contract and conscript personnel, Russia has lost 315,000 on the battlefield, according to the assessment. 2,200 of 3,500 tanks have been lost, according to the assessment. 4,400 of 13,600 infantry fighting vehicles and armored personnel carriers have also been destroyed, a 32 percent loss rate."

“Since launching its offensive in October, we assess that the Russian military has suffered more than 13,000 casualties along the Avdiivka-Novopavlivka axis and over 220 combat vehicle losses-the equivalent of 6 maneuver battalions in equipment alone,”

After 20" of that video, I was done. I have no clue what point he was going to make.

You should push through, its his schtick and not all of his vodeos are like that.  He has done some great work calling out and exposing BS directed towards our troops.  Like A senior Army GO blaming the troops for moldy barracks , calling out a Marine Officer who says publicly said "we should not commission prior enlisted because it eroded the esteem, legitimacy and distinct culture of the officer corps" , the case of a Marine Lance Corporal who as of a few months ago was under arrest and in SOLITARY CONFINEMENT for refusing to get the COVID Vaccine and my favorite an epic case of Stolen Valor he helped exposed and resulted in the offender going to prison.

Unfortunately, there is no shortage of screaming douchebags in the US Army! 🤪🤪🤪

He is far from a douchebag, he is a guardsman and I think if you watched a few of his videos you probably share 90% of his views on things like toxic leadership, stolen valor and guns.

ESPN announced that College Gameday will be in Ireland for FSU v GT beginning of next year. I cannot wait to see the signs.

FSU fans absolutely despise ESPN and specifically, Kirk Herbstreit, after their campaign against Florida State in order to validate an SEC team getting into the playoffs.

I actually think my family is going to go. Can't wait to hear "F*CK KIRK HERBSTREIT" by thousands.

Wife wants to go.  Really disappointed in Kirk, he has always been a homer for OSU which I get but his comments about the CFP and leaving FSU are unreal.  There are some claiming he and ESPN put their thumbs on the scale, he is pushing back and crying like a bitch because people are calling him out.  A very interesting article exposes him and how he made the exact opposite argument two years ago:

"An undefeated NON-P5 Cincinnati team who beat TWO ranked teams all year only needed to win the rest of their games, and he thought they would be in. He talks about beating a “decent” SMU team and Houston in their conference championship game like that was enough. FSU beat three ranked teams and EIGHT teams ranked in the top 50F+ ratings That’s the most among any team invited to the playoffs."

@VMFA187 Indeed, Miami is all in ona  quality QB to replace TVD and help mature the kid from Milton.  Many of the so called "experts" look at Miami's recruiting class (3 X 5 stars), flipping commits from Florida and OSU, portal results and bench and think they are an elite QB away from being a contender.

Wait, was your last response to me?  I don’t even know what the fuck a DCG is, solid NameDrop though. However, I do know that you and Bashi are never going to convert one another. I also know that very few Americans “want to give Putin Eastern Europe like it’s his” most notably because Eastern Europe is not America’s to give.  I also know that many Americans are a lot less concerned about Ukraine’s borders than our own borders, which this administration clearly has no interest in defending. I also highly doubt Bashi or Gearhog are KGB, but you seem comfortable calling them Putin operatives quite frequently. So, could they start calling you a Maduro shill since you’re more interested in sending billions of $ to Ukraine instead of fighting a Venezuelan invasion right here in our own southern border?  The point is, maybe a bunch of Americans feel that some of that fake gov cheese should be spent here instead of there.  I know, I know, now I’m a Putin fanboy too. I best start shopping for this season’s ushanka hat.

I don't think anyone views you or Bashi as a fanboy (at least I hope not), more akin to the isolationists leading up to WWII.

We've been dancing with Russia since the end of WW II with ups and downs on both sides.  The collapse of the FSU gave hope for long-term peace.  Even the proxy conflicts abated for many years.  However, with the rise of Putin and his desire to rebuild the FSU we have seen him reaching beyond Russia's borders through both direct and indirect action.  I certainly understand the view of taking care of our borders and feeding our people here at home, but I also see the long-term danger of leaving Putin's actions unchecked.

As a person with a strategic view I think my side of the argument sees the dangers as far more pressing and concerning than just territory lost in Ukraine.  The second and third order effects destabilize everything and yes I think it emboldens Putin to go further.  Energy markets, the world's food supply and a land war in Europe are not trivial matters to be ignored.

One of the biggest mistakes we make as Americans is we tend to think our adversaries will act rationally as we would.  Of course Putin wouldn't invade invade Poland, that would be foolish, right?  Putin is a dictator, a ruthless one and if you step back and look at the things he is willing to do (employing chemical and radioactive material ON NATO SOIL, genocide, taking territory by force), it is not a stretch to think he might make other actions that we would consider irrational.

Bullies respond to force and the tougher we make the fight in Ukraine for Putin I believe the lower the chance Putin takes aggressive action elsewhere.

No one.  That's who's winning.  It's war.  No one wins in war.

Counter question: What do you think would happen afterwards if Russia were allowed to go unchecked by western support?   US and NATO stops supporting Ukraine, as you think should happen, and Russia dominates and takes the entire of Ukraine.  Then what?  You think he'll stop?

@BashiChuni not being pejorative, but your optic is somewhat tainted having been raised in what we want to be the American way of war.  Declare an objective, go take it quickly, packup and go home.  Thanks to support from the west and ever more efficient weapons have both exposed the faulty Russian war machine and equalized Ukraine on the battlefield.  Sadly the fight in Ukraine has settled into a battle of attrition that in years past would have favored Russia giving their willingness to endlessly throw their youth into the meat grinder.  Yes Ukraine wants to counter attack and regain their territory, but as long Russia continues to try and conquer Ukraine, then Ukraine has accidentally settled into the strategic position the German Commander Falkenhayn had at Verdun where the purpose was not to out maneuver or gain strategic position, but to bleed the "French white."

Ukraine is paying a horrific price, a cost that is purposely not being told, but as long as Ukraine has the support of the west, they will survive, Russia is alone and the impact is long and will be far reaching.  The impact of years of internal social issues and this conflict has reduced their young working male population, an issue that will manifest in several years and further accelerate the decline Russia as a world power.  Russia's Navy has been hurt, Russian's Air Force has been seriously degraded and Russia's army is in tatters.  Putin's expansion has been stopped and his dream of rebuilding the FSU is dead.  We need to keep it buried.

Ima just interject here for a moment and reiterate my belief that the coasties are the smartest among us.  Went through the USVI on my way to a BVI for vacation and noticed 4 or 5 CG helos there.  I just saw a post of FB for coastie promotion while they were "deployed" to the Bahamas.  They get to do their mission a lot more than everyone else.  The few coasties I've known have saved quite a few people in their day and none of them had to spend a day in CENTCOM (though I know some do).  A squadronmates brother retired from the CG as an O-5...dudes assignments sounded like one vacation hotspot after another.  Also, there is a CG station in my city and they have the best booze selection of any exchange I've ever seen lol.

Anywho, back to your regularly scheduled programing, hoping the C-27 tail doesn't fall off.

Buddy from high school went to the CGA then on to pilot training.  Flew Falcon jets most of his career and had two assignments - Miami (Opa Locka for 10 years, then Mobile for 10 years.  Retired as an O-5 and immediately hired by Jet Blue.  Flew withJB until 9/11 then some sort of Mil-Leave as a Govt contractor with the Coast Guard in Mobile flying as an instructor while still getting his retirement.  Four years of that and back to Jet Blue with his line number intact.

You are living in denial...Etienne leaving is a HUGE blow to whatever is left of the Gator program.  TVD is the only big name player to leave Miami and I am actually glad about that one.  Meanwhile and pointed out above, half the Gator recruiting class is running for the door while Miami has signed two five star linemen, flipping one from OSU and likely will get a third shortly.

Yeah, the Gator future is bright, your coach got Epically trolled by a High Schooler...BAHAHAHA
