Anyone tried checking a hard-sided golf clubs case as luggage when travelling TDY on commercial flight? Going to Hawaii and am curious.

Have you been since they opened the new club house? I got some numbers today about membership cost. Initiation fees are reasonable. I would consider dues a little high for those over 36 y/o, but then again I am used to a different market. They are probably pretty reasonable given the area. I will likely be joining if I PCS to the area, still negotiating orders - I think it will be hard to beat given location and relative cost. I think I will need some sponsors though so if anyone knows any full time local members hit me up.

What came across from the episode and the general being interviewed was a whole lot of..."it's not my fault." Talk to the lowest levels of your Group to make sure your SQ/CCs aren't smearing bullshit and misery everywhere and just doing a really good job "show-horsing", ass kissing and covering it up. This happens way too often.

What's wrong with the Air Force...and military in general...is that it now equates leadership with management and promotes as such. The military now values the antithesis of what the below article highlights. Then...after time....the O-6s and above are merely "the best that's left" after the officers with real people/leadership skills have called BULLSHIT and punched out.

I mix the bacon grinds with a variety of other seasonings depending on what overall flavor I am making, but I have used just bacon grinds before. I have actually ground up cooked jalapenos before and put it in the same shaker as bacon grinds. Pretty good.

Not if you make bacon and grind it up...which is what I do..

Why not just use bacon flavored seasoning...
