Sorta...my doctorate is an EdD, which is what my advisor and another member of my board have. The other two members of my board have PhDs. A large part of my corrections is due to the two PhDs not signing off until I add some specific quantitative information in my dissertation, which is usually what PhDs do. Qualitative data is usually what EdDs do.
After my defense I could tell my advisor, who was the chair of my board, was pissed at the other two, but what could you do? I'll make the corrections they want and they'll hopefully sign off.
I don't have to defend again and I'm going to the 9 May graduation in Stillwater.
