Talk to your leadership (more than just the CC, but start there) about why you ranked so low, and how you can improve. Flt/cc is probably the biggest thing. If they don't trust you for that, how can they make you an FGO?

The way you phrase it makes it sound like you have a superiority complex and blame external things when you don't get what you want. That may or may not be true, but that's the one-post impression. If the AF doesn't do it for you, go seek greener pastures. Figure out what is important to you, and go do that. Best wishes that you find what fulfills you.

Sounds like a cost effective plan to make more capable pilots. Im sure the AF will reject it. Details depend a lot on what the MWS community needs. Some sort of medium performance aircraft would make sense. Single-pilot capable, with room for an instructor/mentor seems ideal. ....that all said, this seems like a bandaid for insufficient UPT/FTU training....so, probably spot-on.

There is no Phase III in UPT anymore.

This is UPT currently, except there is no advanced trainer for the majority of students...they go straight to FTU. It's half of a successful plan.

Rt4 and glidepath to Rwy33 gave less than 100ft of vertical clearance. Allowing ATC to give that clearance was poor design. Actually clearing traffic on that section of Rt4 while landing airliners to 33 was a huge error on ATC, imo. The crew biting off on the wrong airliner for vis sep was the final nail. I think it's obvious the designer of the HRC was thinking about Rwy 01 ops vs 33.

Multiple videos on YouTube of P320s firing without anything touching the trigger. There is definitely a problem. Search "It NDs today." When I first heard of cops suing Sig, I figured it was a blame game to keep from being disciplined over their own stupidity. Now, it looks like at least some of them are legit mechanical malfunctions that resulted in uncommanded discharges. Recommend you unload any P320s and keep them in the safe until more data comes out. That's what I'm doing.

Yeah, low UPT washout rates is true. If you want it and study for it, they'll probably find a way to get you through. If you do washout or DOR, it depends on the style of your leaving and what the AF needs at the time. If you just quiet quit (stop studying, etc), your IPs will probably hate working with you and give you zero support...sucks to suck. If you try hard, but just can't make it work (rare), you'll probably get good recommendations for your next AFGSC. If you DOR for a well thought through reason, you'll probably get support. If you DOR a month into flying because it's "too hard" and "too much work"...yeah, IPs aren't going to have sympathy.
