My guess is that there are gonna be some surprises or something on this board and they are working on the “optics”. That is the only reason for them to hold onto approved results.

I’m waiting for the “it was 100% promotion opportunity for everybody but....”. The question will be if it’s only for guys with QFIs or if they also looked at above the zone/in the zone guys.

Worth a try. I will attempt as soon as I get back to work and report back.

Tried to register for ACSC and it said that my rank was not eligible, so I went back and changed my rank to Major and it still said not eligible. So it obviously doesn’t just look at the rank in your profile. Not putting too much stock in it, but here’s to hoping.

 I tried, but since it's got my rank locked at 1st Lt...no joy.  What a fantastic system from the 90's they've got there.

You mean Sept 1 line # 1-213 pin on then assuming the Senete approves the list.  They have been sitting on this list for a while.  Mypers has it making it thru DepSecDef on 17 May.  So AFPC had the list for over a month.

So how are they going to decide line numbers now that everybody is the same? The way the O-3 board worked is that DOR was the deciding factor. If so does that mean that all of the APZ guys will be pinning on first?

Yes.  Any APZ guys will pin on first

   All first month increment guys will still be in the same order for their Lt Col board if they make it.   And so forth.
