February 20, 20205 yr Bonus in reference to what? Retention? Accession? Pretty sure there has always been a $10k accession bonus for pilots in MOST states. I think it's a state by state thing but I got one 8 years ago when I started flying. I also knew people who never heard of it and did not receive one.
