kind of off topic, but how many hours did you log as a guard pilot throughout your flying career? I forgot if your were prior AD or not. if so, does anyone know what the typical amount of hours a part-time and full-time guard fighter pilot gets after their first 10 year commitment?

damn, I didn't know they struggled with filling the slots with skilled pilots. yeah, I noticed Maj Clark was prior AD too, which I believe rules out any actual former TBIRD who was selected from being just a guard baby. I do wonder if and why they favor AD over ANG pilots.

I was listening to some, kind of old school but not really, rock while doing homework tonight and It made me wonder what some of your guys' music taste is. I am looking to broaden my music preferences and understand the culture (what typical mil pilots would listen to).
