Well, if you have opinions on which prosecutions are political, then I suppose I can do the same.  And no, I am not a criminal defense attorney, and I have a funny suspicion that I’m in good company, though I could always be wrong.

One of us is routinely an example of Dunning-Kruger Effect and one of us isn’t a pilot.

Considering the old saying of “you can indict a ham sandwich” refers to that it’s pretty easy for prosecutors to get an indictment from a grand jury in the vast majority of cases.  And yes, I think they’re very political.

So now to you since you responded:  Regarding the Trump indictments do you believe all, some, or none are legitimate and not political?

Some. The DOJ’s prosecution is legitimate. I truly don’t think you understand a federal prosecution, which makes sense since you’re not a criminal defense attorney or have had limited exposure to a criminal prosecution. I think the NY prosecution is political.

I am not going to dogpile too much, as much as I dislike the Gators, it appears this is all about NIL which is a disaster unleashed on all teams by the NCAA SCOTUS.

Don't forget we are dealing with the COVID generation, I think he got two years combining a COVID waiver with an ACL injury...but yeah bro you are a top TE prospect for the NFL, got get some.

Dude will be lucky to be an undrafted free agent with that injury history, age, etc.

  5. After 22 years, just canceled my insurance with USAA. State Farm, with a $0 deductible and glass coverage, renters, and umbrella was $800 less every six months than what USAA wanted just for auto and a $250 deductible.

Ryan Air also cleans the aircraft once at the end of the day. Imagine that…

It might have been at the beginning of the day if at all…

They also sell lotto tickets on descent and charge to use the lav.

Lol.  They're gonna need more money.

They’ve already asked surrounding cities/counties for help and most of them told Denver’s mayor to fuck off. This idiot has only been mayor for six months and he’s blowing through the budget due to being a bleeding heart progressive who thinks he has unlimited funds. That cost doesn’t include the non-migrant homeless he’s buying/renting hotel rooms for just to say he put 1,000 people into shelter his first six months on the job.

    Lol castle pines!

dougco could easily go blue with the influx of ppl moving there.

North of that. DougCo has an influx of conservatives moving from other blue parts of the state.

Lol I was in jeffco…worked in boulder.

while Douglas is more conservative it won’t always be that way.

Yeah man, I’m from the Front Range, so I’m pretty familiar. I’ll be dead before Douglas County, where I live, becomes a progressive dump like Denver.

I lived next to Broomfield for 10 yrs.  It’s sad what CO policies allow.  If you bring up anything about illegals you get cast as a racist.

    I don’t miss living there.

Apparently, you’ve never lived in Douglas County.

I think it’s only a matter of time when players will opt out of games during the season, as well. Looking at FSU’s schedule ( not a SOS discussion) but why wouldn’t those same players opt out of easy wins like North Alabama, Wake Forest, Syracuse, etc? They could get hurt in those games too.

Also, I’ll bet within the next 5 years we’ll see kids going straight to NFL via some new league until they are done with the 3 year moratorium and never even play college.

Too much money on the table by powerful entities to allow that to happen.

42% of the team, 35 of the 85 players did not play in the game. It wasn't the third string players sitting out... Two of Georgia's players sat out. That game had absolutely no bearing on the level of talent that FSU or Georgia had.

Some people say it is a culture problem, I don't see that. I think Mike Norvell has a great culture going on right now at Florida State. Why would players want to play a game that doesn't matter? And then risk getting hurt for no reason at all?

You’re right, however UGA still would’ve boat raced FSU.
