If you log on to AMS through the portal there's a link under one of the tabs (which are only visible in specific versions of internet explorer and only with compatibility mode enabled and only if you stand on one leg and hop while patting your cranium)

There's a research lab at Wright-Patt that probably has plenty of info. I'll see if I can get some contact info for you. I know when we were up there the controllers got a lot out of being able to control our simulator missions. I imagine having them control computer driven aircraft would not be nearly as helpful.

It depends. Duplex is awesome if you already know somebody you are comfortable having as a roommate. Dorms are nice because you don't have to buy any furniture. I lived in the dorms, but if I could do it all over again, I'd live in a duplex.

Dudes, the ROTC program is the way to go. It's a bigger roll of the dice to go enlisted and hope you can eventually become an officer. What I'm not taking into account here is reserves/guard vs active duty. Guard does it better.

In some ways, yes. My class was the first B-track (as of late) to start a new syllabus that did not require ACM. The craptor dudes had their syllabus significantly shortened (I heard a rumor they just made them hold their breath on the last flight to see how long they could fly!)
