  1. So, again, Obama offe'd an American and his son, however bad, on nothing more than his say-so. Deporting an illegal seems much less drastic if designated a national threat. Tell me again about precedent.
  2. Valid point of order. But no due process for lethal punishment for two American citizens. Again, well done to those carrying out the mission. The planet is a better place with both the dad and the kid gone. But no whining about an MS-13'er with multiple violent charges being sent back to his point of origin by mistake. Any other country not in the US was valid according to the judge's original deportation order.
  3. I ask this seriously, no snark or point scoring intended: were you aware, and if so, were you cool with Obama ordering the Hellfiring of an American citizen and his 16 year old son, even though the guy was a terrorist? He had no due process other than a Situation Room briefing that said, "he's a bad guy." I'm not sorry the guy's dead, but I said then, and do now, that it was wrong. As to your "equal branch" point, I almost agree. Supreme Court = POTUS = full Congress vote. I don't agree that a district court should be able to impose a nationwide anything regardless of what political party occupies the other branches. So I hope the Supreme Court finally ends that practice once and for all. Will be better for all. As to a mass invasion and due process, that's a thing. I don't have a complete answer. But if Biden can arbitrarily let them in, why can't Trump boot them out? Biden granted "paroles" and "temporary refugee" status to hundreds of thousands of Haitians, et al. Why can't Trump remove that grant?
  4. https://www.usatoday.com/videos/news/2025/04/21/kristi-noem-says-she-was-robbed-at-dc-restaurant/83198394007/ Hey, Secret Service:
  5. It's Congressman Bacon, but let's not let little details get in the way...
  6. https://www.aol.com/news/pentagon-denies-reports-second-signal-154533696.html Do tell: https://www.politico.com/news/2025/04/16/david-hogg-dnc-00294660 Again, "unnamed sources" from outlets with very long, proven track records of telling porkies doesn't work for me to think someone guilty of malfeasance. Trust the science...
  7. Objection, Dr. You note "accused a second time." By these outlets using unnamed sources. The SECDEF, has, on the record, denied the accusation. Something like "innocent until proven guilty" comes to mind, but that's me and my old-fashioned ideas. Today, apparently, it's enough to be accused, even for a second time. By unnamed sources. So, yes, I might be charged. Doesn't make me guilty. Read up on "indicting a ham sandwich." I leave the expertise in knowing how UCMJ works to an expert.
  8. Apparently not something else. https://taskandpurpose.com/news/army-mccoy-suspended/ How are you suspended from command and it not be "misconduct?"
  9. Pentagon officially, on the record, denies it. Same media: fake Hunter Biden laptop, Covid not man-made, Joe's fine...etc. Soooo...

  11. I saw this this morning. I have to believe that there's more to the story than this blatant a "F U" to the chain of command. More likely, somebody has it out for COL Truckasaurus, the pics weren't in stock when said photo was taken, somebody removed them and then took the pic, etc, etc, etc, or some other more believable scenario. If not, she's likely got a new job coming as Miley's fitness coach...
  12. BTW, new CJCS confirmed by 60 senators.
  13. Decent race today. Double points for Haas, now 5th in Constructors. See, Gunther? Do engineering, not drinking espresso and things get better. Yuki into the points in a Red Bull.
  14. 100% agree.
  15. What I voted for: https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/new-video-shows-moment-when-nearly-50-suspected-tren-de-aragua-members-were-arrested-in-texas-raid/ar-AA1CiR7W?ocid=BingNewsSerp
  16. I'm sorry this is happening to you... Not a Max fan, but he performed both in qualifying and the race. Well done to him.
  17. Now do the 2024 town halls held by the losing side. Nothing about screening of audience, pre-planted questions, edited replies, etc. Also, do I assume you were good with Biden (actually his handlers) demanding and the press accepting to have his very few press events complete with previously supplied questions? And say, who's paying for those townhall agitators? If only there were media reports about the funding of the "grass root" protestors. Valid point regarding midterms. Hence why Trump has about 15 months or so to move the needle significantly to avoid a 2026 midterm loss of the House and/or Senate (not likely). Also why the district court national injunction-palooza to slow him down. By the time, it gets to the Supreme Court, where such national decisions by a district court judge should be mooted since it's not in the Constitution at all, the dirt in the Trump gears could have the Left's desired impact.
  18. Fine, fine example of that grad school polish you so cherish...
  19. Those "professed values" got kicked in their teeth repeatedly for quite a while. "Conspiracy theory," "trust the science," "Russia, Russia, Russia," etc, etc, etc. I want perp walks, I want court-martials, I want massive deportations. I want consequences so that maybe, just maybe, we can walk this back some. But it won't be rewound. Next time the pendulum swings, the revenge will be against the Right, again.
  20. Nope, no fun. Sadness. But the journey has begun and that train has sailed. I railed here about the left doing these things during Bush's two terms, against the Tea Party in 2010, and all the other things that Chicago Way Obama brought to the modern arena (although our history is replete with similar behavior all the way back to Jefferson, et al). I said that the Left would regret their actions because the eventual reaction would be coming. And it has arrived...
  21. Indeed. Weaponizing the IRS against the Tea Party; the FBI against Trump and his associates - to include lying to a judge to obtain a bogus warrant (and getting a admin wrist slap, not disbarment for the individual), turning the NSC against a sitting President to impeach him over a pretty benign conversation, literally lying about the provenance of Hunter's laptop to skew the election, turning DoD against service members over an experimental COVID vaccine, having the Chairman, JCS, go outside the chain of command, to include potential adversaries, never mind non-chain politicians, etc, etc, et-bloody-cetera does tend to have follow-on effects. Them's the rules now...fight's on.
