Not cheap, but at least it's .380 ammo for sale! https://www.slickguns...ammo-stock-2195 Cheers! M2

I have a TCP, it's the best pocket pistol in .380 I've shot. The LCP is very similar, but lacks the last round slide lock feature that I prefer. It's a helluva lot nicer than the Kel-Tec P3AT I owned previously, I hated that pistol. As for ammo, .380 has been always tough to find as it is essentially 9mm in a short casing (in Europe it's known as 9mm Kurz, or 'short' in German). I thought looking online, but SlickGuns doesn't list any nor does AmmoEngine and the prices on GunBroker are ridiculous. Just be persistent and try local sources, Academy stores are pretty good here. Good luck! M2

Wow, it's been tough finding any around here...

Yeah, I was very frugal with what little ammo I have for it (50 rounds). I have a lead on some more, not a lot but I don't think this will be a handgun I regularly shoot; much like my Nagant 1895s...

Shot my Yugo M57 Tokarev this morning, what a blast! Typically crappy Commie sights, but otherwise it ran perfectly. Spits brass about 45' away, one of the other shooters down the line asked me what I was shooting because he saw it flying through the air. I let him put a couple of rounds through it, he liked it. the only down side was despite a good cleaning, it still weeped a pretty considerable amount of oil I also took my newly-acquired bi-tone Sig Skeeter out, last time it didn't run too reliably. I was having the same issues this time despite the thorough cleaning until the same dude walked up and suggested I oil the snot outta one little hole on the right slide of the slide. I did so and had considerable improvement, but it took a few more times before it was running pretty well. Of course, this caused it to seep a fair bit of oil. So a great day at the range, but an oily one as well. Still, I am happy that the Mosquito is running better, I wasn't too thrilled with it after its first outing. Now I see why it is such a popular pistol... Cheers! M2

That Archangel stock is pretty cool, I might just drag up one of my Mosins from the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico to modernize it like that... Of course, once it's all done, it'll have to go back to sleeping with the fishes like the rest of my collection! Cheers! M2

Tula or Izhevsk? The carbines are more fun to shoot than the 91/30s!

Chill guys, it's unlocked now. Have no idea why it was or who did it, but rest assured it will is a priority to keep it up and running!

...and I tell them I sold it via a private sale. In Texas, there is no need to document that transaction. Or I lost it in the big boating accident of 2013! And such efforts by the ATF usually only happens in a few Federal cases, for the most part that organization doesn't run traces for municipal or even state agencies. Those departments have to solve their crimes the old fashion way...with real police work!

No worries, the joys of ownership last long after the fact that you overpaid fads into oblivion! Now go find a large body of water to accidentally lose all your new toys in...

Ironic isn't it, a military service that strips all entrants of their individuality, makes them dress and look the same, enforces uniformity yet celebrates diversity? Does anyone else see a conflict there?!?

Good on him and all that joined in. Criminals deserve a good ass kicking, glad to see someone was there to administer it. But I am sure someone will whine about their "rights"...

Funny, it sure sounded like it! Wow, really? Pray tell, give us insight as to how in the hell they were suppose to prevent such an act? That's the problem with you journos, you seem to have the answer to everything after the fact. If your lot is as insightful as you claim to be, you should have known about it as well and report it; but as usual all your brilliance seems to show up a day late and a dollar short. Some more than others; but I can pretty much guarantee that there will be a very strong case built on the surviving member of this attack, thanks in part to the work of the FBI. I never said they are spotless, but I challenge you to tell me who could do better. And I honestly don't give a fuck about this asshole's rights, he attacked the very country that offered him shelter from the shithole he grew up in. I spent 25 years in service to that country and fucktard liberals don't give a rat's ass about my rights; but they will jump through hoops to defend his. Fuck them and all like them!

Be an asshole to everyone, and no one particular person can get offended!

Not uncommon. I get border operations updates every week plus numerous other LE reports, it's shocking (and pretty scary) what goes on out there!

Adderall use but not prescibed? what are my chances?
M2 replied to kayl's topic in What Are My Chances?
Bad call, you are using prescription drugs that were not prescribed for you; which is illegal and pretty much kills your chances for an Air Force career especially if you are over 18. If you lie about it and the USAF finds out, you'll be in even bigger trouble. I would forget about a military career and follow the advice guineapigfury gave above. It is the much safer/smarter option... -
In this country, it's not against the law to be a supporter of radical Islam. Plus, it appears they responded appropriately... Since the Tsarnaev brothers hadn't committed any major crimes at that point, or even prior to the bombings, what do you actually expect the FBI to have arrested them for? They don't have a "Pre-Crimes" unit or any "precogs" to predict what they were going to do. Plus, as everybody on here keeps hyping, they had "rights." Lastly, considering how quickly they were identified and brought to justice, I think the FBI did a pretty good job. I'd like to hear how you think they could have done better given the circumstances...

I was at O'Malley's last public appearance, where he was the guest speaker at an AFA dinner at Mountain Home AFB, the same day he was killed. to Maj Gen Brown.
