Yes 100% worth going. Circuit of the Americas has lots of good viewpoints and honestly hearing the sound and seeing the acceleration in person is worth the price of admission. Its like watching an air show on youtube vs seeing it in person where you can feel the compression of the jet engines in your chest. I never cared for the racing part of it but man i like loud n fast shit.
  2. I don't see this as being a problem. Get it take out. As long as it heals with no complications, you should be fine. No waiver needed.
  3. Yeah I failed mine too 14 years ago or so. The tech said it was the highest failed item on the test. I don’t recall what the retest involved but I can tell you it was SUPER easy. I have never had depth perception issues. Once I found out it was always 2, 3 or 4 and never 1 or 5, it made life a lot easier and I never failed again. 4. Wow. I’m seeing the opposite in SOF. We brought in a bunch of O-5s and probably will have 5-7 non-command O-5s by the end of this year. And you can’t swing a dead cat without hitting a major. There are something like 12-15 “ADOs” to make space for all of them. Granted most of the FGOs are 12S...most of the pilots are Palace Front/Chase as soon as their commitment ends.
