  1. The "steam" is just condensation flowing from the air conditioning ducts as the cold air hits the ambient cockpit air on takeoff (full throttle). Cold dry air hitting hot, moist cockpit air...fog...you know. As for the chart...that's a handy spot. Actually, on a long high flight with the sun beating in, a good chart is a lifesaver...you just build a tent over you to block the sun. After all, who you gonna run into at 70K??

So let me get this straight...AFSOC has so many pilots that they are letting them become MX officers? Is this why they won't let me have a white jet? This must also be why we kicked 9 pilots out of my wing on the last RIF board. Idiotic. I can't wait to get out.

  6. It is worth a shot. My guard unit took an AD nav and put her through UPT.

  8. Here are a couple of my favorites. JASSM launch out over the WSMR AR on the same sortie Formation out over the Great Lakes. We were in Chicago for the Airshow. I liked the lighting and the ship in the background.
  9. Just had this one sent to me. Quite possibly the coolest F-15E picture I've ever seen. Taken in the hills of Wales (UK).
