I have something similar going out and just found out my CFM pulled my package behind my back before the board ever met.
January 13, 20223 yr ENJJPT select! 99 Pilot/84 PCSM/no PPL but 30 hours. Not rated and first time applying. Additional app stuff: O8 LoR, SOS complete, Masters complete. Unclear how much weight they put on stuff like that but you never know. Very surprised but extremely excited.

January 13, 20223 yr Author UPT select, my CFM said they wouldn't release me, but I made it through somehow! I was shocked when I heard the news 95 pilot/90 PCSM & PPL with 300+ hrs
January 13, 20223 yr Congratulations to all! Does anyone have a rough estimate of the total UPT selects from this board?

I’ve been applying to them for about 18 months and the number of applicants has been higher than normal I’ve heard.

I went in the winter so it was a snowy and cold. I already have two waivers approved pending completion of MFS. One for having weird eyes and one for childhood asthma which wasn't asthma.

January 14, 20223 yr Seriously? That's a dirty move. That's the type of thing that makes people leave the Air Force. It’s also why the IG exists and your congressman exists.I would explore both of these options.

January 14, 20223 yr Do all UPT/RPA selects go to MFS? 48-123 seems to suggest that inter-service transfers are the only way to skip it.

Last year was offered RPA, this year UPT! When I didn't get a slot last year my boss reached out to the guy who manages the portal page and was able to get some feedback. 96 Pilot, 86 PCSM, PPL, 62 Flight Hours- same specs as last year.
