Yes.  Calling and emails to as many squadrons as I could.  I heard that bogidope and the forums have the majority of openings but not all of them, thus have to do a little extra effort.

Anyone know if our favorite Buckley applicant got the call?

  • You're not going to like what I have to tell you, but if you take it to heart, it will help you in the future. Your attitude is 100% the opposite of what it should be. You need to debrief yourself on

Nice. Was also in the dark regarding this one. Was the board recent?

Texas ANG F-16s:

Anyone who interviewed there, did you hear of a final decision?

No have not heard back yet. Sent a follow up email today asking if a decision has been made, waiting to hear back from that.
Can DM you if I hear something

Are you referring to the 457th FS?

Were there decisions sent out on this one?

Affirmative, those have already went out.

Speak of the devil. Just got an email TBNT.

Same here, thought I had a decent shot with them...

Good luck to all those who got an interview.

I picked a bad year to start applying...

That means it'll only get better from here!

For those that did a zoom interview with the 121 FS in DC, anyone hear anything since or have an idea of when we should expect to hear regarding the next round?

I asked and was told we’d hear back after 2 weeks. Tomorrow is 2 weeks to the date so I’d say off chance we hear back tomorrow but I’m expecting early next week. Cheers and good luck!

Anyone heard about interviews from idaho yet?

Not yet, but last year they sent out the notifications mid December so I would expect another week or two.

I took the AFOQT and TBAS just over a year ago. I since have more flight hours. Should I update anything? I'm very happy with my scores, btw, but don't want to be out-of-date if that would be a problem.

Pilot Candidate Selection Method (PCSM) (af.mil)

  1. Letters that do not identify the candidate's SSN or the amount of hours requested will NOT be processed.
  2. Letters not signed by the Candidate and Commander, Recruiter, or Flight Instructor will NOT be processeed. Flight Instructors MUST include their CFI# and Exp. date.
  3. Letters without a copy of the last page of the flight log, left and right sides with totals in ALL columns that have entries, will NOT be processed.
  4. Email both the commanders letter and the log book pages to AFPC.PCSM@us.af.mil

Anybody apply to the Iowa MQ-9’s? I know the RC-26 guys also out of DSM don’t send invites ‘till the 15th, but I I believe the MQ-9’s noted all invites will be out NLT Dec 6...just curious if anybody heard back on those yet, as it seems to suggest they could have invites already going out up to and until the 6th.

Thanks as always; all the best to those who applied!

Thank You sir! I will be back to update!

Got notification for the 190th ARW UPT board being held in February to fly KC-135s in Topeka, KS. Packets are due by January 7th and I can send more information to anyone who's interested. I'm no longer in the hunt but visited a few times and it seems like a great group of guys out there.

Any further news from Idaho? This is my first application with them, not sure if they send a TBNT email or they roll with the “no news is bad news”
