What you need is the 2808 which you can request under medical clearance in IMR then work with your flight med to complete. Eventually once you jump through all the hoops it'll be routed and be returned stamped as eligible for FC1 assuming all goes well. If you haven't started that you're behind. It took like 3-4 months from me completing the tests and having the flight doc sign it to getting it back stamped from HQ. Whatever date the stamp has on it is where the 4 year mark is based. In my case, my IFC was stamped in July of 2024 so it is good until July of 2028. This year's board would be the last time I could apply on that 2808 before I'd have redo everything to get another one since it has to be valid through 31 Dec 2027 IAW the PSDM. The 2992 is for current fliers showing their current flying status which is probably just to check that you're not currently DNIF.

Reached out the week of Easter and the guy at AFPC said the scheduler was on leave for a week. Think this week was when she'd get back so hopefully assignments start getting loaded again. Guy at AFPC made it sound like earliest would be a June PCS for a July start to training. Its kinda funny for the FY27 UFT board they pulled the language about when to expect an assignment given the train wreck this year has been.

Well if anyone else is still waiting orders and hasn't attended MFS that is probably why. AFPC got back to me and told me I won't get an assignment until MFS complete, even though I went originally as an RPA Pilot a couple years ago. Was tracking this was not the case so this will be a fun bureaucratic mess to clean up. Follow up is if you went to MFS (RPA Pilot) but only got cleared for GBO you WILL have to reattend MFS to get cleared up to FC1. If you got cleared up to FC1 when you went originally it should be VFR direct to your UPT base. Since they sent all the folks to Laughlin short notice MFS is backed up so anyone awaiting an assignment may be in limbo until dates at wright patt become available.

Yeah perhaps it isn't alphabetical and it's special circumstances then in order of merit where AFPC cross checks our BOP then plugs and chugs until no slots at that base are left. Just seems to be one at a time given the few responses here and of the 5 folks in my GP that got selected the only with dates had an age ETP.

Your math checks. Crosschecked last year's PSDM for FY25 wirh 26 and it was to expect assignments as early as March last year and this year's states February. This tracks given our board was a month and a half earlier in the year. Just frustrating we got notified of selection relatively early with official release in the first week of Nov vs mid Nov as the stated tentative release. Now we're past 60 days potentially not getting assignments until 90 days. Passed my last checkride in the 9 yesterday so sitting with my hand hovering over the brain dump button awaiting an assignment.
