20 years of balls to the wall no shit combat deployments, an incessant demand for their skills, and a lot of operations or groups of them given very little left/right boundaries and I'm truly surprised it doesn't happen more often.
Valid. However, why doesn't the other SOCOM groups have these problems as bad as them?

Comptroller
It's called the Air Force, not the Finance Force. If your Gp/CC wanted that, he should've retired and got his worthless GS job at DFAS.

I've been told that I needed to stop deploying do much because it would hurt my chances for promotion. Granted, it wasn't during my first ops tour... But we're still sending the message to young guys that the Air Force values queep more than lethality when it comes to promotion time.
That’s because a majority of the fools in charge, especially in the MAF, were the ones who were skirting deployments in the mid-to-late 2000’s. They’re just going to preach what helped them achieve their promotions.

That depends on who accomplished the CDI and if there was any bias.

Get a doctor to write a Nexus letter claiming any issues that you’re claiming were due to your Active Duty. If you have any medical issues that were documented in your military medical records during your time, that shouldn’t need a Nexus letter. Also, talk to a good VSO to help you.

Kwast has a fairly long history of not tolerating shenanigans.. instructor to student or major to cadet
Never trust anyone, let alone a GO, with a flat top.

Damn shame. Wg/cc was/is a great individual. Sad to see things end on this note for him.
He'll be laughing in a year with O-6 retirement and flying for the majors.

So if it happens again in AETC, Kwast loses his job right? Fair is fair.

Since it happened on Halloween, does that make it a purge?

I’ve had luck with the VFW, but YMMV depending on where you live. Make sure to file your Notice of Disagreement within a year of denial to preserve the date of denial. The package they mail you will explain why they denied you. Once you file your NOD, it could possibly take years to go through the appeal process, however there’s a new program called RAMP that has been speeding up their claims, usually in favor of the veteran.

FWIW, some e Dawgs didn't wash out. The decision was decided they weren't going to get pilot wings so they were removed from training.
If the reason is known, why?

No shit. Boy, it’s almost like 19 some odd years of being in the military means I don’t know anything. Thanks for the lesson. GFY.Well, in that case then you’d know what you said about Constitutional Right via the 6th Amendment wasn’t completely true.

Always fun getting people to correct the Panel vs. Jury distinction.
The big disctintion is the fact you can have 2/3rds of 5 people (minimal for a panel) to send you to confinement for a long time. That’s how the military system prevents hung jurys.

If your son has a good lawyer, then he should be fine for the CM since he has a constitutional right to face his accuser.
Sent from my iPhone using Baseops Network mobile appWell, the “accuser” in a court martial is normally your commander because they sign your charge sheet alledging you committed those charges after they reviewed the investigative report. Also, the Covening Authority can have an Art 32 hearing, where the complaining witness (victim) doesn’t have to testify, and have the Art 32 Officer (JAG for Art 120 cases) recommend dismissal...and still order it to go to a court martial. Works a little bit different in military justice.

I'd say a BJ is the most consensual sexual act in the book.
Check sarcasm meter.
Which is probably why the defense was ready to impeach her testimony had it gone to trial.

Apparently she blew him in lodging TDY. Sounds very “non-consensual” to me.

That snark from a Air Force GS that voluntarily lives in Clovis? Yeah, I I can’t imagine where that snark came from either.
