Userra won't cover you though if youbstart employment while on AD
Not true. Nothing in USERRA says you have to quit the orders you are on to take an outside or civilian job. -
Like bailouts for FTX?

Did you mean to post that? 🤣

The door was opened wide for all things liberal, progressive, and democrat with liberal congress when mayhem was allowed after the George Floyd overdose.

Thank you for your valuable critique Karen...Chaz or whatever your name is. I great appreciate your unsolicited and useless feedback, I am almost a better person for having read it. For the record, I have NO intent of changing minds that can't be changed but I do enjoy pointing out the lunacy of what they propose.
As far as your personality assessment, well...I am a pilot so perhaps I'm an asshole afterall.
[/url] Or maybe I am a straight up asshole...either way, with all due respect, I could care less what you think
Finally, I would invite you to use that wonderful little ignore button, that way you wont be triggered, offended or develop any sort of social PTSD reading my future posts. Cheers! 🥃
I’m a little slow. Forgive me. What was your point in that post? You disagreed with him but I’m not sure why or what your counter was.- 1

Good thing one of our goals is dealing with climate change.
Good weapons school topic for Tanker WIC.- 3

2016 wasn’t the best time to take command as CSAF. We were on the tail end of the Obama Admin gutting of the military and the effects of sequestration all while cleaning up the messes of the Arab Spring. It was also about the time where the floodgates opened to the airlines and senior leaders changed their tone from “stop whining we can replace you” (words from a former AETC commander to an SOS class in 2015) to “oh shit we got to fix retention.”
Doesn’t excuse his decisions. And fingers Goldfien was one of those “we can replace you” and “you’re a volunteer” types. -
It’s been a while since I’ve said this but I blame fingers Goldfien for all of this.

Would have been the "hugest" landslide in the history of landslides if his opponent wasn't the most polarizing candidate in our nations history
Who did everything his campaign promised, produced the strongest American economy ever, and was willing to hold other countries responsible for their bad behavior while starting no wars. Weird. What a terrible guy.- 1

Not sure where you come from but where I grew up good leadership was treating people fairly and being inclusive of people who may have been different from the in crowd. It was also seeking a variety of opinions on a matter before making a decision......
Suffice to say winning a dogfight or dropping a bomb has also never won a war.... Rather, a cohesive strategy developed by professionals derived from a wide variety of professional backgrounds and experiences has gotten us much further.
I don’t disagree with this statement. It just so happens it has nothing to do with DEI.
What you said isn’t DEI. -
Isn't DEI Diversity, Equity and Inclusion? Or is there another DEI I'm missing?
TBH: DE&I is an awesome concept. Its the way its polluted and practiced that make it nauseating.
DEI is racist and sexist.- 1

Uh what? No more weed?

Much harder to get released from rpa, first hand experience.
Still? With the MQ9 going away in 2026 and Afghanistan not being a thing anymore, I was told squadrons are winding down left and right.
Plus not having the RQ4 any longer. Seems like RPA will be a niche for a while until a major war sparks up that sets a huge requirement like the 2003- 2006 timeframe in Afghanistan. -
If someone would look down on you for getting and keeping a job to further your life goals then that isn’t a unit you would want to be apart of.

I've been using Mint for a while, and it connects to Fidelity, Vanguard, and TSP no problem
I’ve heard of mint. What does it do for you? Or how do you like to use it? -
I have awoken him! I am chosen! Blessed be thy name! Chang is risen!
The best troll ever. If Bashi was your next act, you lost your touch. But I do respect the dedication
Does this mean Slackline is coming back next? He’s up there on the troll list. -
Hey Ratner, would you prefer I post under this account of mine instead??
The General is back?!?! -
According to DoD policy, yes.
Do you guys even read the policies before you bitch about them?
How would that be any fun? Psssht. Read the policies BEFORE bitching. You crazy. I like you but you crazy. -
Do you have to completely close all accounts to get that bonus account they put money into on your behalf every year? And when do they pay in?
-
Thanks guys

Recommendations?

And they can’t email the customer anymore with customer service help. I really hope USAA is monitoring this chat group. You guys suck!
-
And now USAA has changed up their app and website. Can’t functionally adjust your own profile, settings, accounts, etc.
And worst part is there is no way to direct message USAA any more. Used to be able to send them a message and they would get back to you. Now all that’s available is a virtual chat app with no person connected to it. And it doesn’t answer any real questions. So you either have to fumble with the virtual assistant or waste your time calling in and sitting on hold.
One of the main reasons I have stayed with USAA so long is because of their customer service. This is the last straw. Them spending money on GRONK NFL advertisements was stupid. But completely trying to save my to screw over the military to save money is just sickening.
Bye USAA.
What’s next? Pen fed or navy?

Copy. Must be an active duty thing. What I said above was expressed probably by the same people that told you you couldn’t.
