No, not common
It's the time period to draft letters, etc. the group/CCs will be asking for the results, but most cases won't get it till 4 days prior to public release. Notification varies

In all honesty, it depends on what the rest of your PRF looks like.

1. You dont have any worse of a shot than anyone else who completes IDE online (assuming you did that)
2. If your record is strong enough to get selected for IDE, you will make Lt Col
3. You did others a disservice by taking a nomination from your two-star. Why didnt you just decline to compete in your myvector submission?

LAF should be around 55% for IPZ
10% for BPZ
i can't see why a school MLR would be any different.

Reading that it was a mid air. One jet RTB, the other went down. Unknown on pilot of downed thunderbird.

Like some have mentioned, strats are overinflated. Everyone is #1/something
each squadron seems to have 8 different stray categories and everyone looks great
the only real way to tell someone apart is to see who has the actual #1/rank strat. Static closeouts would help this out. But the band aid being ripped off would hurt.

This will be an interesting case study, duck. I think there's a 99% chance you were selected for promotion. Will they even see your letter?
