Those of you that have done a IRRL aka VA Streamline refinance, what was the typical timeframe to get to finally close? 30 days? 45 days? more? I am working with NBOKC and it seems to be taking a long time (going on 2 months+ now) on a refi for a house we have as a rental.
3-4 weeks for the two IRRLs I've done in the last 3 years. They weren't with NBOKC...

Maybe I am wrong here, but based on the O-6 select list that just came out I would say the Air Force is doing a pretty damn good job of promoting the right people....at least in my corner of the AF.

Relax and enjoy the next 9 months, because beginning in May you're going to be busting your butt for about 3 years to become fully qualified in whatever aircraft you end up in. The AF will teach you what you need to know, and IMHO you're honestly not going to gain much by studying ahead of time. If you're hardover on studying ahead of time, go to the AF Pubs website, search for AFMAN 11-217, and start reading...just remember most of what you read will not apply to anything you're going to do at UPT.
