Same is true for UNT, however, there have been exceptions and in my opinion, there are a few people that I know of that got too many chances that probably should have been kicked out of UNT when I was going through

A guy in my class here at Little Rock told me one of his buddies got a call from Pope asking him if he wanted to go to Cheyenne instead of going to Pope once he got done at Little Rock. Also, I heard a rumor they were dropping Slicks to Cheyenne at Randolph now. Can anyone substantiate this?

I'm pretty sure you'll be stuck in the dorms, but don't quote me on that. I can't exactly remember what the percentage is for you to be sent off base, but I do know that it was at 95% when I came here and they said I didn't have much of a chance to get off base, I could have tried, but I guess I was lazy and didn't feel like trying, it didn't matter much to me where I lived.

Yea that's right...my class's first cross country was canceled because of this, then our second one was made even more fun because of those guys that went on that little car ride.

We went to Key West in February...left on Thursday, came back on Saturday. Things were pretty strict...students couldn't rent cars and had to ride with the instructors. There were some events that led to this, so maybe now things have calmed down a little bit since then.

I don't know if it's the weather or not...I've been in Texas for over a year now so it hasn't been too cold or dry. I'll try the saline spray and see how that goes, thanks for the help, much appreciated.

So sometimes when I shower or wash my face my nose will start to bleed. Also, during my PFT a couple of weeks ago I was doing the push ups and my nose started to bleed, I didn't even hit it or anything. This happens every couple of days and it's easy to stop the bleeding. I had this problem when I was in college about 3 years ago but it stopped and I didn't pay any attention to it. This recent problem with it has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I'm hoping the problem will go away so I don't have to see a doc. Any suggestions or help?

When I was in NIFT we had to put together a lot of inflight guides for the bookstore for the squadrons on base...pretty boring job, but it was better than some of the other stuff they had going on there for us to do.

I agree with navtastic...Check 6 is a good place to go...the EWO and NAV programs are the same length, but you'll be doing a lot more work in the EWO program and you'll get more days off in the NAV program...don't let that make your decision for you though, you'll have plenty of time to talk to both EWOs and NAVs and decide what's best for you.
