    Shoe Clerk Vol 3

How about-- 75 PT score is the standard---or average. so playing devil's advocate a 75.1, mathematically, clearly exceeds the standards. The problem with over inflated OPR/EPRs is that your sister Sq will continue to do this and get promoted…or the other Grp/Wg..base… and your troops may not as a result. So this will continue to be a self-licking ice-cream cone. That is until they change the system again and start to be honest again, at least for a short while.

    ACSC OLMP?

I don't think your reading what I typed. This (minus the waste of time part) is what I said.. I even referenced what you said above.--Don't forget Maj or Maj select in your comment to enroll Bro I understand this-- I even understand what BDE and IDE are I don't miss the point at all. I think your too focused on the Masters slant. for me the benifit would the ACSC+Masters...Total package. Not just the Masters. They may want the extra Masters on thier record...Could be a benfit in the AF or perhaps in a bad economy a Benifit in the outside world...If they knew they wanted to enroll in the Joint Warefare program after making Maj it would save time down the road.... Bro in the end I do not miss the point...I fact if you Read what I type we do agree..I know crazy...I do look at the benifits in a completely different light from you. If I did enroll in the Joint warefare program it would only because it gives the ACSC credit plus an extra Masters. Take either of these away I wouldn't even think of it. If I was younger--Less time in Service I would take a real look at the other programs as well.

    ACSC OLMP?

Rog, His question was about ACSC OLMP which is where the Catch would apply....SOS+Masters complete eliminates your eligibility to enter the O-3 programs which is where alot of people close to their Majs board sit. Plus you cannot take Joint Warfare unless you are a Maj/Maj select plus what Tree Holler said above--that would be the "Catch he is talking about" --------------- Under these rules..people w/Masters +SOS complete... you would have to wait (earliest) to join the ACSC OMLP level (joint warfare) until your Maj board results come out which makes you a Maj select. Then you can take the program and start from scratch (full Joint warefare program). For O-3's elgible for the other two OLMPs they can take/finish their programs...get picked up for Maj...apply for Joint Warfare (ACSC lvl) and top off..I think you get 4 credits towards joint warefare...If you have time and the fore thought for this route it looks pretty good. 2 MASTERS + ACSC would be dun...???

    ACSC OLMP?

If you have SOS & yiur Masters DUN then yes your "catch" would apply. For the younger cats who are in the O-3 OLMPs you will get a Masters and some credit for ACSC when they complete the program. the ACSC Level OLMP will take longer to finish then the "traditional" ACSC correspondence program. But you get a masters out of it.
  13. Force??? Pretty sure ACSC means ACSC regardless if I say OLMP correspondence or in residence. My dismissive replies have to do with an individual offering advice that is irrelevant to my question. Did I ask about the Capt's programs or did I ask about ACSC. Additionally, did I ask about eligibility or what others were doing? ...Masters didn’t matter in this conversation.. Thanks for the Google tip however...I just wish there was a Air Force portal...or "shared point" where we could look up info like what does ACSC mean...What does ACSC OLMP mean...when one might eligible for it...how long is it...(STS)....oh well...maybe cyber command will help us. Also before you offer the Google and lay the F-Bomb....Try reading what people ask...and think about it...then ask yourself do I know what the F### I'm talking about and is it related to what they asked....if not STFUYFR...oddly enough this process also takes 5 seconds The only process you brought up was the O-3 programs...which was not what I was talking about Please feel free to re-read my first post If you have an educated input to this feel free to reply....once again I appreciate your gusto Jrobe
  14. three holer....thanks for continuing to give me Capt eligible stuff....once again this is not what I'm getting at...Your way off target here...I like your gusto however Yeah...thats what I was thinking...
  15. Not exactly what I was getting at... My masters is dun...SOS complete...So it looks like I can't do the Capt's course... which I believe alot of people here are in the same boat... Has anyone here pursued the ACSC OLMP versus the traditional ACSC corespondence program. I'm still not convinced this would be a good investment time wise
  16. Anybody else thinking about the ACSC OLMP vs traditional program?? 24 months for the OLMP seems to be a long time. The time required will put you into your 3rd look and God knows you can't even complete for ACSC in res if you don't have the correspondence complete first.
  17. So '03 year group. PRF and RRF at the same time??? hmmmm.
