As someone with a masters in cybersecurity from a T-25 school, go into cybsercurity policy if you do that. There's a big shift into having AI do more of the blue-collar cybersecurity stuff.
What could possibly go wrong with that shift.

Any Napoleon reviews?
Sent from my iPhone using Baseops Network mobile appYeah. It’s long.
and it’s the equivalent of a high school essay titled “Everything napoleon did ever” but set to film.
visually … Joaquin looks like napoleon … but the voice just killed it. It’s like a super lazy hint of a New Jersey accent. And he narrates. Absolutely killed the film for me.
catch it in streaming later.
I predict a flop.
1 star….maybe

I did that last week without having to work over Christmas.
Sent from my iPhone using Baseops Network mobile appIt’s not just a $6-9k paycheck for the month … it’s $6-9k on top of your paycheck for zero additional work.

For those that don’t speak airline, that’s an extra $6-9k for working over the holidays.

Thanks to Toro and his hilarious email, George got the ride he wanted, ensured by the General who replied-all to the email.
And the poor kid was just doing what a colonel had told him to do to get a ride. 😂
That was a funny week to be in the Trolls.
I wonder where ole sondecker the hiv is these days ….

Not to put too fine a point on it, but that 100 billion killed a lot of Russians with zero risk to us forces. A win by any accounting.

Get your BS and don’t suck. If you’re after a UPT slot you should be prioritizing all your effort that direction now.

If TSP is treated like a 401k for contribution purposes, would maxing in it the year I retire have negative implications for my company contributions at an airline?
Sent from my iPhone using TapatalkDepends on the airline.
At delta, once you hit the limit 401k DC (company contributions) are paid to you as cash or now they go into a different fund (MBCBP).
at other airlines, when you hit the company contribution limit, the money stops.

If you could build a fighter sim using this platform, with some other technology to enhance the physical strain of the modest g generation capability of this full motion sim system you might be able to get a bit of the visceral feel real flight
3.3 Gs is modest but something; if you had dynamic resistance systems to add weight / breathing resistance on to the aircrew during simulation of high g maneuvers you probably could get a better effect
Not cheap I’m sure but if you wanna have the best air to air simulator, an amp’d up version of this networked to other stations with good real and AI opponents might be worth the coin
That thing looks like an inner ear / spatial D nightmare.
fly it just like you would the real plane. But whatever you do, don’t turn your cranium left or right.

Go read some history on Soviet era Russification efforts in places like the Baltic states or Ukraine.
It might be pretty informative as to why a nation is willing to risk so much for a dire outcome vs take what they know in eventuality will be a pretty dire outcome.
Also read up on what a mismatch Finland was and apply that to the current situation. The reason Finland was willing to still accept violence as the outcome (and they didn’t see it going so lopsided at the time) was because they could look next door at what happened to their neighbors who submitted to the big bully’s advances.

I agree this a hypocritical take from what is apparently a left leaning prosecutor. It’d be interesting to see what kind of gun related cases she’s prosecuted in the past.
However, one liberal prosecutor doesn’t speak for the entire DNC. If multiple dem reps and senators start making this argument publicly, then calling out the left for talking out of both sides of their mouth will be valid.
So you’re saying it’s just small, unrelated pockets of window licking stupidity throughout the left ….

Sorta related … we had a dude get banned from flying with ma delta during the height of mask silliness for wearing a ladies thong as a mask. He was a frequent traveler, and wore panties as a mask … which was evidently just fine …. But the thong didn’t have enough coverage.

Risk to fill squadrons with nothing but Lieutenants and Captains is acceptable. Enough FGOs will stick around to adequately fill the commander positions. The research is conclusive. People on this forum don’t want to hear that, but not wanting to hear something doesn’t mean it’s not true. The Pentagon is 100% focused on production ramp to 1500.
I know what stupid coa management chose.
you missed/dodged the question…
How’s that workin out for y’all?

We do not need to retain pilots. We need to produce pilots. 1500 per year. This is the real conundrum dominating conversation here in the Pentagon- how we ramp to 1500.
How’s that been working out for y’all these last 6-9 years or so since management decided the retention problems were unsolvable and decided to produce their way out?
Has the definition of “experienced” been changed again since I retired?
