“III MEF Marines”released on FB that the second Marine found had passed. Still no other news, but it sounds like everyone who can get there is out looking. Here’s hoping for a Christmas miracle.

This has been happening way too often all across military aviation. Just read about the KC-130T crash being a corroded prop that came apart. 

Nickel on the grass for the pilot that didn't make it yesterday.

The WX has not been great for the search, but there are still plenty of good folks out there looking and trying to work some magic.

“MP2’s Garmin smart watch indicates that MP2 was alive on the surface of the ocean from approximately 0145 until approximately 1130 (nine hours and 45 minutes) in 68 degree Fahrenheit water.”
