Does anyone know the current email address for the woman at randolph handling these licenses? I am trying to acquire one before moving overseas. The Maxwell people won't give me one unless I was in SOS. Screw that!

If you're in ACC talk to the base library - they should have applications to get free access to the online version.

Anyone have updates for this? From doing some searches on the portal, it looks like the program is no longer around. My base no longer has a library, so education office might be the best bet.

Go to your base library Call your nearest base library and sign up for Byki. It's both web and mobile app-based. PM me if you still can't find it.
