Scores: 99 Pilot, 95 PCSM.Was also told to expect a PCS within the next 2 months, no base currently.Congratulations I’m so happy for you. I contacted the board earlier in the week actually I believe it was last week to try and advocate for a buddy of mine who was picked up and got helicopters and I wanted to see if there was any possibility to see if we can get him switched over to a fixed wing slot, considering the shortage, but I got told was that the program manager is currently trying to advocate for more people from the UFT list to be considered to help try and fill some of the slots. My body was notified three days ago that he was swapped from helicopters over to fixed wing and the fact that you just got notified sounds like they’re starting to look more at the UFT list
March 14Mar 14 Anyone get a projected training course “B3OZYMFS”? Is that for medical flight screening?

Interesting what's going on with all these people getting slots after the factHad this happen to a friend of mine as well, they were notified Friday. Interestingly they put rotary wing pilot at 1 and CSO 2, got picked up for CSO but not UHT and turned down the slot. Commander got a call Friday that short-notice they could add her to the roster at Ft Novosel. Maybe whatever is going on at Laughlin isn't limited to just that base/fixed wing rated accessions.

March 17Mar 17 Anyone know when we can expect to go to SERE? The IPT course information from ETCA states that SERE is a prerequisite. That said, the same document says that it’s still actively being written due to the newness of IPT.
March 17Mar 17 A buddy of mine at Vance said they were shifting toward sending all UPT students to SERE before IPT (like ETCA says). When I asked the 71 STUS about this they said it's case by case dependent on availability/timing at SERE. If a student gets there well before their IPT class starts and there's availability at SERE, they'll go asap. If not they'd go after finishing UPT. All comes down to timing.
March 18Mar 18 For my Laughlin bros, 47 STUS told me 30 June IPT is confirmed in San Marcos. Definitely a disconnect between the STUS and what AFPC tells us, but to be expected with all the different locations.
March 18Mar 18 Interesting, I know a couple of us have a 26 June IPT start date out of Laughlin. Is it possible these are two separate classes 26 Jun and 30 Jun?
March 18Mar 18 26 June IPT from Laughlin here; I talked to someone from the STUS today, and was only told that the possible locations will be San Marcos, Denton, and Georgetown. I hope 26 and 30 June are the same, because San Marcos is great! Also, it seems we’re going to have a higher than usual amount of crossflow folks in the May/June classes, since ROTC / Academy grads will have just graduated. Edited March 18Mar 18 by Echoes
March 18Mar 18 Joining the UPT bandwagon it seems!Declined RPA with 94 PCSM, 97 Pilot, 42 Flight hours. Still no information on MFS

My RIP shows IPT from 30 June to 4 Dec and I spoke with the UTM and Flt/CC of the STUS today who told me specifically San Marcos. Are you guys also in the 21 Dec UPT class? Curious if that one is going to get pushed with holiday schedule

Heard back from one of the IPT managers at the 47th this morning & they said they see the location is Denton, TX on their end. I wouldn't be surprised if it changes again lol
