Are you not using 'Adblock'?

On my phone? No. What do you recommend?

Use Adblock on phone also. Haven’t seen any ads.

Sorry gents,

F#kin Google took over again. The point of the ads is to cover the basic costs of maintaining the sites, which they typically do without the Google AI terminator ad bot taking over. My apologies, not sure how it happened again.

The ads kind of suck again. It's almost like a shitty porn site where every click has a pop-up, drop-down, or banner that covers the navigation bar.

Desktop or mobile? I wasn't aware there were good Ad Block options for the phone.

both

Yeah, the ads have been pretty annoying lately. Every time I try to click on something, another pop-up or banner shows up. It’s super frustrating. Some people use this annoying banner, but they have no clue that it makes things even worse. There are other ways to promote things. Personally, I've boosted the online presence of my website with the help of searchseo. It gave me some real results.

Sorry folks. Google Ads had gone full self-aware Terminator on me again. I've gotten it back under control. As a part of the move to the new server I was able to cut some costs (although it'll be more hands-on upkeep). So, I think one small ad at the top of the main page should be enough to cover costs. And hopefully I've fully locked down the Google Ads monster so it doesn't go nuclear again.

Yeah, it’s been rough lately. The ads stack on top of each other and slow everything down. I started using an ad blocker just to make the forum usable again. Makes a huge difference if you haven’t tried it yet.
